Abstract

EN This paper presented innovative types of future energy storage. Thanks to very specialized algorithms put on BMS we can give a new lease of life to cells battery. But this provides us only to the close. In the first part, we can meet new types of the battery to use in future electric cars. The second part presents a method of how the BMS architecture can be im-proved to create a hybrid and modular system from different types of batteries and other components like supercapacitors. Therefore, the new models contribute to a more dynamic and economical driving on the batteries that are present on the market and the latest models in development. The last section presents battery models currently used on a global scale in automotive systems. Their most important parameters were compared from the reference point of the given production technology.
