EN The main goal of the conference, and therefore the purpose of this Dossier Special, is to examine whether at the global level, management tends towards common principles and practices or if specific national differences persist. This question has been a recurring issue for decades in the world of management and organizational sciences. The four articles in the special issue, as well as the reading note, address this very important question from different perspectives.
