EN Digital technologies are profoundly reshaping the labor market, causing structural shifts in the economy and altering the nature of work. These changes have significant implications for youth employment, exacerbating the issue of unemployment. This paper delves into the importance of graduate employment in contemporary society, with a particular focus on the influence of digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence. The authors explore the challenges associated with digital transformation and underscore the pivotal role of universities in nurturing skills essential for successful employment. The paper also looks at the prospects for graduates in this dynamic environment, which offers both challenges and opportunities for career growth. This research may be relevant for developing directions to improve the preparation of students for the rapidly changing labor market.
