Depending on the amount of data to process, file generation may take longer.

If it takes too long to generate, you can limit the data by, for example, reducing the range of years.

Abstract

EN This paper presents a new generalized threshold model that can be used in cellular networks. In the proposed model, called Double Hysteresis Model (DHM), it is assumed that the amount of resources accessible for a new call of a given class can depend on three load areas of the system. The switching between areas is modulated by a three-state Markov chain that determines the average time the system spends in a particular load area. The results obtained for the discussed analytical model are compared with the results of the simulation of an exemplary WCDMA radio interface carrying a mixture of different multi-rate traffic streams. The research study confirms high accuracy of the proposed model.
