EN Since the implementation of new technologies is necessary to meet the challenges of sustainable development, this article extends the traditional approach to sustainable development, taking into account the economic, environmental, and social dimensions, with an additional dimension - "technology". The technological sustainability of the maintenance function depends on its ability to optimize maintenance factors, ensuring that the maintenance system performs its functions cost-effectively in the future, taking into account and reducing environmental and social impacts. The article analyzes the dimensions of sustainable development of maintenance management and assessment, in particular, reference is made to the possibility of using assessment indicators presented in the EN 15341:2019 standard to assess the technological dimension of maintenance.
