Abstract

EN The impact on the traffic characteristics of current telecommunications networks is a very important issue from the point of view of high load and, consequently, optimal use of resources. The article presents an analysis of the traffic characteristics of elastic optical network (EON) nodes in which the structure of a 3-stage Clos switching network was used. The results of the loss probability and average resource utilization of the output directions are obtained using a simulator developed and implemented by the authors.
