EN Food waste is the biggest challenge in the world. Thailand has a lot of agricultural waste, and one of them is mango. The East–West Economic Corridor, Route number 9 is an important strategic route linking transportation to reduce production costs. Route number 9 was expected to be the location for setting up a mango oil production plant. This study aims to analyse the three suitable locations by the Centre of Gravity Method and then verify the results of the data analysis with the analytic hierarchical process before using engineering economics to conclude optimization investment. The analysis shows that Phitsanulok province is the most appropriate location. Creating income by THB 210,600 from waste. Economic analysis also shows good returns. This study, therefore, examines the opportunity and the creation of added value through mango and mango seed processing. The area in the analysis for the location of mango is locating on the route number 9, which has a strategic advantage because it is the East- West Economic Corridor economic regulation and economic analysis. It is possible to set up a processing plant.
