Abstract

EN The issue of thermal load of rolling bearings is of particular importance in terms of ensuring their long service life. The thermal load of rolling bearings is a complex issue and depends on many operating factors. One of them is the need to ensure appropriate lubrication conditions. The lubricant is of particular importance in this case. The article attempts to model and evaluate the conditions in the lubricating spaces of a working cylindrical roller bearing in order to identify the operating parameters in the volume of the oil film formed between the raceways and the rolling element of the bearing. The purpose of the assumed activities is to develop a model for identifying the oil temperature in the oil film for the purpose of assessing and identifying possible changes in the structure of the oil and its operating parameters.
