Abstract

EN Literature on the subject and practical experience emphasise that individual professional development in an organisation depends on a sense of being a meaningful individual. This perception allows individuals to shape the work environment according to their preferences, interests and competences. The study therefore delves into the concept of job crafting and the importance of subjectivity at work, exploring its impact on the dynamics of diverse work teams. Despite the fact that job crafting is the subject of extensive research, studies on the relationship between job customisation and team effectiveness remain scarce.
