PL Bezpieczeństwo, identyfikacja zagrożeń i ocena ryzyka zawodowego w pracy motorniczego tramwaju to zagadnienia niezwykle ważne, ponieważ jest on odpowiedzialny za zdrowie i życie wielu ludzi - nie tylko podróżujących danym pojazdem, ale i innych osób uczestniczących w ruchu drogowym. Z tego względu konieczne jest zadbanie o jak najwyższe standardy pracy motorniczego i o jak najwyższe jego kwalifikacje i umiejętności. W artykule zostały zawarte podstawowe pojęcia z zakresu pracy motorniczego, a także charakterystyka jego stanowiska pracy i opis czynności, które realizuje. Ponadto przedstawione są zidentyfikowane zagrożenia, których w tym przypadku jest bardzo dużo. Oprócz tego przeprowadzona została ocena ryzyka zawodowego na omawianym stanowisku pracy, opracowane rozwiązania techniczno-organizacyjne zmniejszające ryzyko i sporządzony szacowany kosztorys wprowadzonych zmian. Artykuł zawiera propozycje tego co można realnie udoskonalić tak, aby wzrosło bezpieczeństwo i wygoda motorniczego tramwaju oraz bezpieczeństwo pasażerów.
EN Security, identification of threats and occupational risk assessment on a post of a tramway driver are very important issues. The driver is responsible for the health and life of many people, not only those, who travel in the determined vehicle, but also other users of the road. Therefore, it is necessary to guarantee the highest standards of work on the post of a tramway driver, as well as securing best qualifications and skills of the person on this post. The paper encloses some basic terms from the range of the work of a tram driver. It also includes a characteristic of the post and the description of operation performed on this post. Moreover, the article shows threats identified by authors. In case of this post they are numerous. In addition, a risk assessment was performed on the described workstation and technical and organizational solutions for reducing the risk and prepared estimation of costs were made in view to changes planned to be implemented. The paper encloses a suggestion for upgrading what is possible to improve, in order to upper the level of security and comfort of a tramway driver, as well as the safety of his passengers.
