PL W artykule opisano historię stosowania prac pod napięciem w Polsce i na świecie. Pierwsze ppn wykonywane były w USA ponad sto lat temu. Przedstawiono wady ppn, takie jak początkowo wysokie koszty tej technologii i zagrożenia dla personelu technicznego. Omówiono tendencje rozwoju ppn, takie jak stosowanie robotów, wysięgników czy helikopterów.
EN The paper presents history of live maintenance in Poland and on the world. First live maintenance was made in US almost hundred years ago. Disadvantages of live maintenance were presented, such as high costs of the technology and hazards for technical personnel. Trend of development of live maintenance was discussed, such as robotics or helicopters.
