EN The subject of this study are the processes of macroergonomic design, use and service as well as improvement of intelligent buildings. These processes involve both the technological-organizational component as well as human communities – users of these buildings subjectively treated in this system. Authors have made an attempt to determine few following notions: the intelligent building and macroergonomic conditions of designing and improving objects and processes. The main research stream of this study regards the relations combining the structural, technological and organizational design with their future exploitation understood as usage and service the objects. The issue of macroergonomic improvement of using and service the intelligent buildings as well as processes of their exploitation is based on the Deming cycle.
