EN The aim of the article was to analyze the motion dynamics of the human-wheelchair anthropotechnical system and the biomechanics of the human body for the purposes of designing innovative manual drives. The conducted analyzes derived simplified equations of the moment of resistance to motion and reaction forces loading the wheelchair frame. These data are the input parameters in the process of designing the drive system of the wheelchair. The result of the described works is the development of two technical solutions using the data obtained on the basis of the presented dynamic and biomechanical analysis.
