PL Celem artykułu jest synteza znanych ujęć makroergonomii oraz wskazanie kierunku jej rozwoju w ujęciu autorki. W opracowaniu przedstawiono cztery koncepcje makroergonomii. Pierwsza koncepcja H.W. Hendricka odnosi się do systemów socjotechnicznych. Kolejne ujęcie jest autorstwa L. Pacholskiego i odnosi się do systemu makroergonomicznego – ergonomicznego systemu przemysłowego. Trzecia koncepcja jest syntezą podejścia H.W. Hendricka oraz B.M. Kleinera, w której autorzy utożsamiają makroergonomię z projektowaniem systemów pracy. Ponadto autorka zaproponowała kierunki rozwoju makroergonomii w systemach pracy, co stanowi kolejny etap rozwoju makroergonomii.
EN The aim of the article is a synthesis of known approaches to macroergonomics and an indication of the direction of its development, according to the author. The paper presents three concepts of macroergonomics. The first concept by H.W. Hendrick refers to systems of social engineering. Another approach, by L. Pacholski, refers to a macroergonomic system – an ergonomic industrial system. The last concept is a synthesis of approaches by H.W Hendrick and B.M Kleiner, in which the authors identify macroergonomics as the design of work systems. In addition, the author proposes the developmental direction of macroergonomics in work systems, which is another approach to macroergonomics.
