Depending on the amount of data to process, file generation may take longer.

If it takes too long to generate, you can limit the data by, for example, reducing the range of years.

Abstract

EN This paper describes a hybrid modeling approach, using discrete-event and agent-based simulations, for analyzing the operation of milk-run logistics systems. The approach considers the physical actions of the vehicles and the operator as well as strategic-level systems planning and design. The approach leverages constructs currently available in simulation software and is implemented in FlexSim. In addition to the approach, an example is provided that illustrates the implementation of the first phase of the approach.
