Abstract

EN This paper discusses an approximate analytical model of a telecommunications system to which a mixture of stream and elastic traffic is offered. These two types of traffic are characteristic for modern networks. The first one is typical for services that require fast and reliable data transfer. The other is characteristic for typical public services known from the Internet.
