PL W artykule poruszono aspekty związane z efektywnością strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju. Wskazano różnice pomiędzy efektywnością a skutecznością. Zwrócono uwagę na elementy dotyczące zarówno strategii, jak i idei zrównoważonego rozwoju. Jako ściśle zintegrowaną z koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju opisano również społeczną odpowiedzialność biznesu. Publikacja zawiera wyniki badań własnych dotyczących zrównoważonego rozwoju – strategii priorytetowej wybranego przedsiębiorstwa branży piwowarskiej. Wyszczególniono bariery wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne, które mogą pojawić się podczas realizowania strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju.
EN The paper discusses aspects related to the effectiveness of the sustainable development strategy. It indicates differences between efficiency and effectiveness. Attention is paid to the elements of strategy and sustainable development. Described as tightly integrated with the concept of sustainable development is also corporate social responsibility. The publication contains the results of research on sustainable development – the strategy of a company in the brewing industry. The article lists internal and external barriers that may arise during the implementation of the sustainable development strategy.
