Abstract

EN The article presents a case study of the improvement of the car battery assembly process. The aim of the improvement activities was to minimize waste, which had a significant impact on the natural environment. The DMAIC (Six Sigma) approach was used in the improvement actions. The solutions implemented in the process brought measurable benefits for the company.
