Abstract

PL The research demonstrates the migration of carbonyl compounds from ecological vessels into food simulant A (distilled water) and B (acidified distilled water) under different time and temperature conditions. The determined concentrations for the carcinogen formaldehyde were compared with the established specific migration limit (SML) for this compound. In addition, the effect of ecological vessels on the change in the sensory profile of roasted black coffee was examined.
