Depending on the amount of data to process, file generation may take longer.

If it takes too long to generate, you can limit the data by, for example, reducing the range of years.

Abstract

EN The paper reports the results of the experiments conducted on the HEVC encoder, regarding the complexity and performance of the motion estimation algorithm. The research focuses on the search range of motion vectors and its influence on the encoding time of the video with the use of a HEVC encoder, as well as on the method for choosing the starting point of the motion estimation algorithm. Performance is measured as the time reduction and Bjontegaard metric bitrate reduction.
