EN The topic of the future and development of human capital in the context of issues related to the digitization of the economy, including Industry 4.0, matching IT competencies to the needs of enterprises and the labor market is a growing challenge for public and training institutions in making decisions as to its development in the region. The availability of competency resources of future employees depends on many factors, including the region, matching the candidate to the job profile, date of publication of the offer or completion of the candidate’s education.
