EN Service quality focused on elderly people is due to the fact that they constitute an ever-increasing group. Because of the processes occurring during aging, elderly people have more specialized, but often hidden, needs. This is why the quality of services should be directed through ergonomic requirements which, because of their specificity, are ideal for shaping the environment to the needs of users.
