EN Information plays an important role in public transport systems. However, its availability and quality is low in Poland. The circulation of information is largely analog, but problems also apply to relatively few digitized enclaves. In this work, the authors diagnosed the causes of these problems by using desk research and interviews with various groups of stakeholders. As a result, possible actions were proposed that could improve the circulation of information in public transport system.
