EN The article describes an automatic inspection line for forged-rolled products. The line comprises a cleaning station using shot blasting, an ultrasonic testing system to reveal possible internal defects in the product, a station for verifying geometric sizes, and a station for measuring hardness. The operational concept of the line in the Metrology 4.0 convention is presented. The basic principles of operation for the part responsible for verifying product geometry are described. Elements of the measuring chamber, including the transport and handling system, are characterized. The tasks of the Central IT bus, which supervises the measurement process in terms of organization and information technology, are presented. Additionally, an example of an object verification procedure implemented on the discussed automatic product inspection line is provided.
